CivilTEA offers facilitated workshops, school programs, retreats, dialogue circles, and community conversations designed to create meaningful connection and understanding. Whether in person or virtual, each experience is thoughtfully tailored to the audience and led by trained CivilTEA facilitators using the CivilTEA Method.

CivilTEA provides lesson plans, dialogue cards, facilitation guides, reflection tools, themed modules, and classroom resources designed to support meaningful conversation and learning. These take-home materials allow educators, schools, and organizations to independently implement the CivilTEA Method or use the resources alongside CivilTEA-led facilitation experiences.

CivilTEA offers training for educators, youth leaders, staff, and community facilitators to confidently lead CivilTEA-style dialogue spaces within their own communities and organizations. This capacity-building experience equips partners with the tools, skills, and framework needed to become skilled practitioners of the CivilTEA Method.
